I ordered the unity puzzle back in 2022. The puzzle pieces and it as a whole is beautiful and well made. It is thin and light so moving it around is simple. It was a very beautiful addition to our merging family during the wedding. We planned to grow as a family and I communicated that with the seller and they were more than willing to explain the process should we need a new one. We found out we were pregnant early 2024 and I reached out to make sure they still made replacement pieces and they were just as nice as the first interaction. When our little munchkin arrived late 2024 I was able to order without any issues. My husband and I decided to merge our last names so we had to also get a replacement piece for the last name. And as always the sellers were so friendly and willing to work with me it made the whole process easy.
