I ordered the unity puzzle back in 2022. The puzzle pieces and it as a whole is beautiful and well made. It is thin and light so moving it around is simple. It was a very beautiful addition to our merging family during the wedding. We planned to grow as a family and I communicated that with the seller and they were more than willing to explain the process should we need a new one. We found out we were pregnant early 2024 and I reached out to make sure they still made replacement pieces and they were just as nice as the first interaction. When our little munchkin arrived late 2024 I was able to order without any issues. My husband and I decided to merge our last names so we had to also get a replacement piece for the last name. And as always the sellers were so friendly and willing to work with me it made the whole process easy.

Due to covid-19, I’ve had to have a few pieces remade, but the prompt response and shipping has been amazing. Thank you so much for being so understanding and prompt! Highly recommend!

Our wedding was postponed due to Covid-19 and I reached out asking if the puzzle piece that held the date could be made again with the updated wedding date and they delivered.
